We’re looking for a creative content marketing leader with a passion for writing and a gift of storytelling. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and has a drive to exceed goals. The Content Marketing director will oversee the Talkdesk content marketing team, will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Communications and will align with the Director of Content Strategy.

We need a strong, experienced content marketing writer who works to understand Talkdesk’s business goals and customer needs, then helps plan, develop and deliver clear, relevant content that brings the two together.


  • Lead the internal Talkdesk content marketing team and manage projects/delivery for external writers
    Work closely with the director of content strategy to execute the company’s global delivery and execution of content plans
    Align the content team closely with product marketing, campaign management and creative
    Create specifications and appropriate content for Talkdesk’s audiences
    Ensure adherence to Talkdesk’s new brand guidelines
    Measure and analyze what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the Talkdesk’s content marketing efforts



  • Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to write compelling copy
    10+ years of experience in content marketing or a writing-based role
    Experience managing a team of writers
    Experience working in the CCaaS, CX or other related industry
    Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, public relations, journalism or other relevant area
